First Love Yourself (Virtual Meet)

Program Brief:

Discovering your best potential and being more self-aware need not require quitting on the worldly pleasures of life. Prioritizing our own good and falling in love with ourselves is a lifelong practice which is not supposed to come at the cost of our responsibilities, duties and dreams. This unique program integrates self-awareness practices into our regular routines in a fun and interactive way.

• helping each other with our own experiences, perspectives, and coping mechanisms.
