First Love Yourself @Noida

Program Brief:

Discovering your best potential and being more self-aware need not require quitting on the worldly pleasures of life. Prioritizing our good and falling in love with ourselves is a lifelong practice that is not supposed to come at the cost of our responsibilities, duties and dreams. This unique program integrates self-awareness practices into our regular routines in a fun and interactive way.

Other details:

1. We shall start at 3.10 am sharp. So kindly be on time.

2. Water and tea/coffee will be provided.

3. Anything ordered apart from the beverages mentioned in point 2 is not included in the meet-up fees and has to be borne by the individuals themselves.

4. The power and motivation for this journey come from the community. Each member also has a responsibility towards others in the group :

• celebrating every progress and milestone
• questioning and breaking limiting beliefs
• providing a safe non-judgemental space for everyone
• helping each other with our own experiences, perspectives, and coping mechanisms.

5. Special cases where small kids and other dependents who cannot be left alone can accompany without any extra charges. Barring special cases, people below 18 are not allowed. No other age restrictions.
